Exhibitor Setup Information

Each space will be provided with 1 table, 2 chairs, and pipe and draping between exhibits.
- Tablecloths will not be provided
Please keep noise at minimum during speakers presentations.
Exhibitors are encouraged to have giveaways.
- Giveaway winners will be announced during the program.
Exhibit set up will be Monday, June 9th from 10 am - 5 pm.
Exhibit tear down will begin Tuesday, June 10th after the last speaker is complete.
- Absolutely no take down will be allowed before the conference is over.
Please ensure all exhibitors are registered for the conference.
